We are not cheesy, tacky, or uncompromising.
We make sure the event is about YOU and every detail is decided by you. No props, no cheesy games, no obnoxious announcements between songs. The attention will be on you and your guests. We adhere to a “play” and “do not play” list and take requests from your guests so they will be on the dance floor the whole night! Our library is nearly limitless.
Live music option for your big moments.
Founded by a Berklee-trained musician, IGLOO Entertainment gives you the option to have a few songs played live. At your request, your DJ will learn acoustic covers of the songs of your choice such as your first dance, father/daughter dance, etc. This option is sure to make your event memorable and unique.

Head DJ Brendan Gavaghan studied audio engineering at top tier music schools (Berklee and SAE New York), and is considered an expert in live sound and lighting. He has worked on the stage crews of today’s top artists (ACDC, Lady Gaga, Garth Brooks, Black Eyed Peas, and many more) at Boston’s largest venues (TD Garden, Gillette, Fenway, Wang Theater). We use state of the art, industry-quality speakers and software. Quality is our promise, and we have the experience and talent to back it up.

Good music doesn’t need to cost a fortune. With all of the great, inexpensive music resources available today to provide top notch entertainment, there is no reason for DJs to charge you thousands of dollars for a few hours of their time. This is an outdated price model. We will work with you to accommodate your budget.
